Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at anglingwes@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

We have a fleet of Hobie Compass and Lynx kayaks.  They all use a pedal drive system and have comfortable elevated seats.

We recommend dressing appropriately for the weather in layers.  We provide hip waders to get in and out of the kayak without getting wet in cold water.  Pack sunscreen.

Just your fishing license.  We have the rest covered for you.

Honestly, it hasn't happened on one of our trips.  The kayaks are incredibly stable and easy to maneuver.   Should something happen on the water, we are right there to help.

Not really.  It takes way less effort to pedal the kayak than riding a bike or even walking. Most folks are comfortable trolling for several hours in a day.

Absolutely!  The kayaks allow us to park on shore pretty much anywhere to take a break.
